How We Hire?

Every job at PayNetX is unique and so is every applicant. Our priority is to facilitate a flexible but fair, transparent and responsive process for every candidate in a short amount of time.

Most of our hires take place within ten business days from initial application.

 

Application

Search our open positions via the drop down menu at the Team section to find the right opportunity for you and express your interest in the position by submitting an application.

Once your application is received, our recruiting team will review to see if you meet all basic and some preferred qualifications listed on the job description.

 

We will respond to all applications within five business days.

The entire hiring process completes in four straight forward steps as follows:

 

1. Introduction

If you meet the qualifications and are selected to move forward, a member of our team will reach out and schedule a short introductory call to meet you and ask some basic questions.

Our team will review and get back to you within a day or two.

 

2. Assignment

If your introductory call was successful, and unless a suitable sample of your work already exists, you will most likely receive a test assignment to complete at your own time. If approved, your solution to the assignment will be used to support part of the conversation during the next stage.

 

Your solution will be reviewed, and you will get our response within five business days after submission.

 

3. Conversation

If you are selected to move to the conversation phase, we will schedule a call for you to meet with team members, learn more details about the role and ask any questions you have. We will also discuss your test assignment submission (or existing work sample), experience and interests.

 

You will be informed of our team decision within five business days.

4. Offer

If our conversation has shown a strong fit you will receive an official invitation to join us, along with an offer.

 

Some high level roles may require an additional round of discussion at the executive level.
